Each product is carefully handcrafted and made to order. While we strive to process and ship orders within one business day, please note that in some cases, production may take up to five business days before shipment. Processing times may vary based on order volume and material availability.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and location. For orders within European Union, shipping is free on purchases over €100. For orders under €100, shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. International shipping is available at a flat rate of €20.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which may vary by country. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping costs and any potential additional charges imposed by your local authorities. 

International Shipping – Return to Sender Policy:

For all international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided is accurate and that the package can be successfully delivered.

If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or if delivery is attempted but no response is received, the shipment may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs incurred.

These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We recommend monitoring your shipment and responding promptly to any delivery notifications to avoid additional charges.
