Refund policy
EU Returns Policy:
We offer returns for all orders placed within the European Union for a fee of €10, which will be deducted from your refund.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sassopeople.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- The return shipping fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.

Custom orders:
Orders that include a custom inseam length or any other made-to-measure specification are not eligible for return or refund. Because these garments are produced or altered exclusively to your personal measurements, they cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from our standard return policy.
European Union 14 day cooling off period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available exclusively for orders shipped within the EU. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@sassopeople.com within 14 days of delivery. A flat fee of €10 applies to all exchanges, covering processing and re-shipment.
International (Non-EU) Orders Return Policy:
International orders shipped outside the European Union are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Due to customs procedures, import duties, and international shipping regulations, we are unable to accept returned merchandise from non-EU destinations.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide clear photo evidence of the issue, including the item and its packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these requirements or where signs of wear, misuse, or damage after delivery are evident.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
